As Federal Sentencing Consultants we provide case analysis, technical consulting, research assistance, and document preparation for licensed legal counsel and their federal criminal defendants who have been convicted in federal court and are seeking relief through the various avenues of post-conviction/habeas litigation.
We also provide litigation support services to directly to, primarily federal defendants who are proceeding pro se. We accept State cases on a limited basis, (federal writ of habeas proceedings only)at the federal level only.
Since 1991, we have assisted pro se litigants with post-conviction services. When handling a post-conviction matter, we scour all documentation looking for opportunities to better our client's potentially bleak situation.
