After placing an order online and paying with a credit card, it took them almost an entire month to ship the order. After that, it took another month before I got confirmation that my order shipped. They are the slowest company on the planet. they owner must have worked for the CA DMV at that speed.

They have only gotten slower as of late... I placed my order in November. They no longer accept credit cards, so I mailed my order with a check. The check was cashed on 11/24/09, and my husband hasn't gotten his package yet (today is 1/13/10). It was supposed to be a 4th quarter package, but now I'm just praying it gets there for 1st quarter! When I call I hardly ever get a person, and when someone does answer the phone I don't get any real answers. We are never ordering from them again.
