Federal Defense Associates is committed to providing defense counsel and their clients with specialized, creative and tenacious criminal defense, post conviction representation and zealous Bureau of Prisons advocacy.
We strive to secure for our clients the lowest possible sentence, and if it is one of incarceration, to be served at the best possible facility, with release at the earliest opportunity.
First and formost, we are dedicated to ensuring justice and due process consistent with the highest ethical traditions of the legal profession.
Our primary goal is to procure and enhance the liberty interest of our clients and to promote the fair and balanced administration of justice and correctional services.

Trial coming up, all defendants speak only Punjabi. Three have pled, three of us go to trial in a week. The court has 2 translators to alternate w/ each
