Has the meaning of scripture become personal for you, even were you are? Have you experienced Gods protection, being blessed by receiving favor from fellow inmates, a guard or turn a bad situation into a blessing. Then you have something to share to give courage to other inmates, workers and their family. How, by sharing your stories of pain that turned to joy, if inside, outside or as a family member help give courage to others. |
Jimmy Dennis is an innocent man on death row. This is an outrageous case of injustice. |

Joe D'Ambrosio was sentenced to death in 1989 for the murder of Anthony Klann…a murder for which he is innocent. There is a lot of confusion and debate about those exonerated from death row being "factually innocent" or "legally innocent". Joe is factually innocent, meaning he had absolutely nothing to do with the murder that he is convicted of. He was not there. He knew nothing about it. This is his story...a nightmare of injustice. For now, an INNOCENT MAN sits on Ohio's Death Row.. |
Kenneth was the driver of a car with three passengers (Mauriceo Brown, Julius Steen, and Dewayne Dillard). It was late into the night. One of the men, Mauriceo Brown, left the car. Minutes later he shot a man named Michael LaHood. Kenneth and the others still sat in the car more than 80 feet away. The prosecution claimed that Brown did a robbery that all four of the individuals were in knowledge of, thus they were considered parties of the crime. We regret that Mr. LaHood had to die in this tragic way and feel deep sympathy for his family. However we also believe that Kenneth Foster's death sentence after the law of parties is not just. |

Kenneth was born in Austin, Texas on October 22, 1976. He moved to live with his grandparents in San Antonio, Texas when he was four. Kenneth attended high school at John Marshall where he graduated in 1995. During his high school years, Kenneth pursued an interest in the music industry. He worked with such record companies such as: Eternal Life Productions, Mystic Records, and Dad's House Recording Studios. With the views of wanting to help young people like himself, he immediately attended St. Phillips College in the fall of 1995 and majored in Sociology to become a social worker. With hard work and initiative, Kenneth started his own business, Tribulation Records, in May of 1996 at the age of 19. |
Kenneth Mosley is a very ordinary man. He grew up in a small rural community in Arkansas and when he was 18 he left home for the big city to earn money to buy a car to go to college. He was never out of work and eventually finding a very good job he decided it was too good to give up. He stayed and worked in that job for 16 years. He married and raised a child, a beautiful little girl. But illness struck this family. A dreadful illness in the shape of an addiction to crack cocaine. The word illness is used deliberately because that is what it is. "Crack cocaine is an extremely powerful drug. Crack cocaine addiction is inevitable; once an individual has tried crack they may be unable to predict or control the extent to which they will continue to use. It is probably the most addictive substance yet devised." |
